When not working, Anna enjoys hiking, traveling, and riding her Elliptigo.

loisLois Wolff, PT, PMA-CPT

Lois got her start at The Ballpark in TX after graduating from The University of Oklahoma. Upon moving to AZ, she had the pleasure of working side by side with some of the most renowned surgeons. These amazing learning opportunities have assisted her in building AZ SportsCenter into what it is today, a clinic geared toward helping people recover from injury, disease and surgery as they travel along their journey toward a painfree lifestyle. With a strong background in biomechanics and movement analysis, Lois enjoys rebuilding people of all ages.

After a large amount of research, Lois chose to undergo Polestar Pilates training, completing her year-long certification in January 2014. Her goal was to find another tool to maximize healing and recovery, as well as offer an incredible post-rehab option to facilitate life-long changes. Since adding pilates to her own regime, Lois has noticed more mobility in her own spine and height to her step! “I want to do all I can to prevent what happened to my own grandmother and I see it in my mother now....the dreaded kyphotic posture. I’m hooked as I not only see the changes but I feel the changes!” Optimal health is dependent on optimal movement: balanced, strong, fluid motion.  When not working, Lois enjoys traveling, rowing and hiking.

Nicole Achenbach, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico, graduating with highest academic honors.

Nicole's clinical experience has been focused in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide array of conditions from sports injuries to chronic pain.  She is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling.

She is continuing her focus in Women's Health and the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, pelvic pain disorders, and pregnancy & post-partum related conditions.  Nicole strives for a hands-on, integrative approach to patient care and is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).  In her spare time, Nicole enjoys soccer, ultimate frisbee, and hiking with her dog and fiancee.  She looks forward to learning and growing as a therapist, an individual and a professional at AZ SportsCenter.

Diana Chrisagis

I'm married with 3 children.  After an extensive surgical procedure on my spine (lumbar fusion), I was in considerable pain, unable to stand straight and not able to perform the most basic daily functions.  After numerous bouts of rehab and pain management treatments, my Drs suggested that I try Pilates.  After an initial consultation I never looked back!  I felt alive again for the first time in 2 1/2 years.  PILATES SAVED MY LIFE!

I was so passionate about Pilates that I wanted to share it with everyone.  I began my teacher training in 2013.  In 2014 I started teaching classes as well as educating my clients about their bodies.  I am certified in Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Cadillac.  Whether maintaining muscle tone and balance or rehabilitating from injury and/or surgery, Pilates can play a vital role in your overall health.

Young or old; fit or injured; Pilates is for everyone!
